Example: Forecast $1M, Actual $950K
= 1 - |1,000,000 - 950,000| / 950,000
= 1 - 50,000 / 950,000
= 94.7%
WEIGHTED FORECAST ACCURACY:
Commit accuracy × 50%
+ Best case accuracy × 30%
+ Pipeline accuracy × 20%
= Weighted accuracy
